● Have your breakfast and get de-briefed about the trip
● Drive through Sarhan Village, known as the ‘Gateway of Kinnaur’
● Cross Kalpa, located in the Sutlej River Valley
● Reach Rekong Peo and stay overnight after dinner
● After breakfast, begin your journey to Spitian villages
● Visit Nako Lake in the Nako Village near the Indo-China border
● Advance to Tabo and visit the 1000-year-old monasteries
● The next stop is Dhankar which is known to be the ancient capital kingdom of Spiti
● Explore Kaza, the largest township in the valley, and head to Chicham
● Rest the night away in Chicham and prepare to track snow leopards here
● After breakfast, head out into the pastures around Kibber National Park
● Scan for the Snow Leopard at some of the selective sites and locations where the
sightings have been frequent
● Reach the homestay and unwind with a bonfire
● Have a local Spitian dinner and rest for the night
● After breakfast, hike around the trails near your base for wildlife sightings like Ibex and
Blue Sheep
● Reach Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary and try your luck in spotting the snow leopard
● The Snow Leopard is known to move usually during dawn and dusk. We continue the
excursion till it begins to get dark.
● Return to your stay and rest the night
● After breakfast, reach the areas around Chicham in Kibber National Park
● This sanctuary is home to some exotic high-altitude Himalayan wildlife
● Continue your tracking expedition after lunch till dusk
● Return to the homestay in Chicham
● Overnight stay after dinner
● Begin your journey back after breakfast
● Make a pit-top at Kaza and have lunch
● Explore the town and head to Reckong Peo
● Have dinner and rest for the night
● Wake up and enjoy breakfast
● Visit Kalpa and Suicide Point
● Dinner and stay in Narkanda
● Wake up and enjoy your last morning in the mountains
● Pack your belongings and depart for Chandigarh
