    Detailed Itinerary

    Day 1: Connecting with Divine: Yoga, Nature, and Culture on Day 1 at Himalayan Jungle Lodge

    • Arrive in Manali and get picked up by our team
    • Transfer to the Himalayan Jungle Lodge and check-in
    • Enjoy a wholesome breakfast made from farm-sourced ingredients
    • Start the day with a rejuvenating yoga and meditation session amidst the lush green surroundings of the lodge
    • After yoga, take a walk in the nearby meadows and breathe in the fresh mountain air
    • Return to the lodge for a nutritious lunch
    • In the afternoon, participate in a grounding and nature healing session with a trained expert
    • Later in the evening, explore the nearby village and learn about the local culture and traditions
    • Enjoy a healthy dinner at the lodge, followed by a campfire and stargazing session

    Day 2: Discovering Serenity - Hiking to Mystic Waterfall and Relaxing Meadows Walk

      • Wake up early and start the day with a sunrise yoga and meditation session
      • We will do body stretching & Intermediate level Asanas.
      • Enjoy a healthy breakfast and get ready for a hike to the mystic waterfall
      • The hike is a beautiful and scenic trail through the forest and along the river
      • Reach the waterfall and spend some time there, taking in the serene surroundings
      • we will learn about the flow of Prana Energy, Pranayama and ancient yogic breathing techniques
      • Return to the lodge for a nutritious lunch
      • Special barbecue night, where you can grill and enjoy delicious food under the starry sky
      • Relax around the campfire and connect with fellow travelers

    Day 3: Echoes of the Valley - Departing from the Mystic Landscapes of Manali

    • Wake up early and start the day with a sunrise yoga and meditation session
    • Enjoy a healthy breakfast and get ready for a hike to the Golden Meadows
    • Grounding and forest bathing in the meadows with deep breathing & pranayama practices
    • Return to the lodge for lunch & closing circle ceremony, where you can share your experiences and thoughts with fellow travelers and the team
    • Pack your bags and check-out from the lodge
    • Take a scenic drive to the nearby town of Naggar and explore the Naggar Castle, a historic fort and palace built in the 15th century

    Items to Carry

    • Comfortable clothing for outdoor activities such as trekking and Yoga
    • Warm clothing for cold weather in Gulmarg and Pahalgam
    • Rain gear for Sonamarg and Aru Valley
    • Toiletries -Sunscreen SPF 40+, Moisturizer, Lip balm, Soap, Toilet paper.

    • Repair Kit (needle and thread).
    • Headlamp/ Torch.
    • Camera.
    • Water Bottle- Ideally keep two bottles 1 liter each.
    • Trekking Pole -Optional.
    • Plastic Packing covers. (Please pack all your gear in waterproof plastic bags so that your clothes etc do not get wet while on horses or porters. Also carry extra plastic bags in case you need to pack wet clothes.)

    Note: We advise you to carry all the belongings in a rucksack so that it is easy to move around in case of any emergency.

    How to reach

    The nearest airport to reach the start of this trip would be Kullu-Manali Airport, also known as Bhuntar Airport, which is located approximately 50 km away from the starting point, Haripur in Manali. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to reach Haripur. Alternatively, you can also reach Manali by road from Delhi or Chandigarh, and then reach Haripur by local transport or our driver will pick you up from Manali.

    The most basic yet prominent principle of indulging in any adventure activity is to take all the necessary precautions for safety.
    We at Yoloo.Life, keep it all in account and ensure maximum safety measures to pre-plan the trip and minimize any kind of risk. We plan to mitigate the risk of high altitude-related problems by preparing and acclimatizing well and staying in comfort.
    We strongly suggest you keep yourself adequately hydrated- possibly double your water intake.

    • Ensure that you take all your medications along to avoid any health issues.
    • Inform your friends and family before you depart for the trip and let them know that this will be a ‘No-Network’ zone.
