    Short itinerary

    • Day 01: Arrive Manali, pick-up from Manali and drive to Sethan (1 hr drive) 
    • Day 02: Sethan – Jobri – Chikka – Juara (5 – 6 hrs trek)
    • Day 03: Juara – Bhalu Ka Ghera (3530 m) – Ratni Thatch (3 – 4 hrs trek)
    • Day 04: Ratni Thatch – Hampta Pass (4298 m) – Shiya Goru (3597 mts) (5 – 6 hrs trek)
    • Day 05: Shiya Goru – Chattru (3360 m) – Baatal (3960 m) – Chandrataal (4270 m)(5 – 6 hrs trek and 3 hrs drive from Chhatru to Chandertaal)
    • Day 06: Chandrataal – Kunzum La – Cheecham – Kibber – ki monastery- Kaza 
    • Day 07: Kaza – Hikkim – Komic – Langza – Kaza 
    • Day 08: Kaza – Dhankar – Tabo – Kaza I 5 hrs
    • Day 09: Kaza – Losar – Kunzum La – Baatal – Chhatru – Atal Tunnel – Manali – and celebratory dinner

    Detailed Itinerary

    Arrive Manali , Pick up from bus stand and drive to Sethan (1 hr)

    • Arrive in Manali and pick up from the bus stand.
    • Drive to Sethan, a Lahauli village located at an altitude of 9,200 ft.
    • Explore the village and acclimatize to the altitude.
    • Introduction session with fellow trekkers and guides.
    • Learn about trekking etiquette, camping gear, AMS management, and trek preparation.
    • Enjoy a bonfire and wooden BBQ dinner in the evening.

    Sethan (3000 mts) – Jobri – Chikka (3230 mts) – Juara (3530 mts) (10 min. drive then 5 to 6 hrs trek)

    • After breakfast, drive to Jobri to start the trek.
    • Trek through forests and open grounds to Chikka.
    • Cross glacial streams over wooden bridges.
    • Get a view of Mt. Deo Tibba and Indrasan peaks from Chikka.
    • Trek to Juara for a less crowded camping spot.

    Juara (3530 mts) - Bhalu ka Ghera (3627 mts) – Ratni Thatch (3800 mts) (3 – 4 hrs trek)

    • Trek from Juara to Ratni Thatch.
    • Pass through Bhalu ka Ghera, known for wildflowers and hibernating brown bears.
    • Reach Ratni Thatch, a meadow at the base of the Hampta Pass.
    • Camp by the glacial stream and acclimatize.
    • Start early and climb up to Hampta Pass.
    • Challenging ascent over boulders to reach the pass.
    • Enjoy breathtaking views of Spiti Valley and surrounding peaks.
    • Descend to Shiya Goru for camping.
    • Trek to Chattru via a glacial stream and valley stream.
    • Cross the River Chandra via a bridge.
    • Stop at Chattru for tea and lunch.
    • Drive to Chandertaal via Chhota Dhara and Baatal.
    • Camp at a scenic site near Chandertaal.
    • Spend the morning at Chandertaal.
    • Begin the drive to Kunzum La, enjoying the beautiful scenery.
    • Visit Cheecham and Kibber, crossing a narrow bridge.
    • Explore Kibber and visit Ki Monastery.
    • Reach Kaza, the capital of Spiti, for dinner and an overnight stay.
    • Visit Hikkim and send postcards from the highest post office.
    • Explore the Tanggyud Monastery in Komic.
    • Go on the fossil trail hike in Langza.
    • Return to Kaza for dinner and stay.
    • Visit Tabo and explore the monastery and old caves.
    • Travel back to Kaza via Dhankar village.
    • Visit Dhankar Monastery.
    • Return to Kaza for dinner and stay.
    • Depart from Kaza and drive through Losar, Kunzum La, and Batal.
    • Continue to Chhatru and cross the Rohtang Pass.
    • Stop in Old Manali for lunch.
    • Proceed to dA Base – Mountaineer in Haripur or a cottage for accommodation.
    • Gala dinner and bonfire celebration at dA Base.
    • Choose to relax at dA Base or engage in adventure activities like paragliding and zip lining.
    • Explore Manali, and visit the Hadimba temple and Manu temple.
    • Wander through the streets of Old Manali.
    • Have lunch and board the bus for the journey back home.
    • Alternatively, opt for paragliding, zip lining, and river rafting.
    • Visit Naggar Castle and Roerich Art Gallery.
    • Departure by bus after the activities.
